Our Start-up Practice Financing
Starting your first office is similar to building a home. There are a number of decisions that need your attention from the layout design of your floor plan, the equipment you need to the hiring of employees. Atlantic Commercial Credit has developed a simple "No Worry Plan" to remove all the financial pressure.

Our Start-up Office Program has a built-in feature you won't find elsewhere. We often structure credit approvals to include all leasehold improvements, working capital, and the equipment financing you need. We will also include the ability to pay the suppliers as you require, while deferring your monthly loan payments until your office is up and running. Our pre-close distribution plan is similar to construction loan. Interest will only accumulate on the funds distributed to your suppliers and it will continue to roll over to the following month until your office is complete. Once you are able to move into your office and see patients your financing term will then begin. If you prefer, we can also include the first 3 to 6 months of smaller payments to remove all cash flow concerns.
